While it is very true to always use backlinks and video sitemaps, for these all lead to a gold mine, we must not leave behind the creation of video transcripts. 10. Optimize videos by using Tags

We are all familiar with Twitter and hash tags, the same can be done for video SEO marketing. The use of important phrases or keywords is vital in optimizing your video.

Jargon or complex words are not recommended. The average person must be familiar with the keywords you use in your tags. I cannot emphasize enough, know the keywords your target market commonly use when searching, this will make your tags specific. The best keywords for tags would be the commonly used terms to describe your brand or offered services. By tagging your video with these terms, it will make your website easier to find.
